According to Bochner and Hesketh in 1994, Power Distance, one of the four cultural dimensions in work-related values from Hofstede's seminal 1980 research, is one of the most important cultural dimensions. Malaysia has the largest power distance in the world, according to Sweetmen in the Harward Business Review, with a power distance index of 104. According to some, the cause of the great power disparity may be traced to the legacy of the Malay feudal system and the British colonial influence, which fostered respect for this kind of intricate and nuanced system of the upper class and the commoners inside the Malay culture. As a result, the focus of this essay will be on the features of this culture at work in Malaysia.

The effects of LGBT movement groups on the legalization of human rights in American government policies
This paper seeks to examine the progress made by the LGBT community in securing legal recognition of its members' human rights in the United States of America. The analysis was based on the suppositions that government policies have severely curtailed the legal rights of the LGBT community and that LGBT movement organisations have been successful in securing those rights for the community. This study will be carried out using qualitative research, and the data collected will be thematically examined.
